Actual Leadership

Leadership is an ego-bait term thats thrown around a lot lately. It’s usually a meaningless word masking authority and hierarchy.

Actual Leadership occurs when one unboundedly serves all people, from all walks of life, whom they may never meet. For a cause they believe in wholeheartedly. Where odds may be stacked against them but never higher than their unwavering hope and commitment. When they work relentlessly for the greater good, where sacrifices are mere table stakes. 

Then, only then, one begins to understand the path of leadership. And those who do, will never claim to be leader, or desire such titles. But people will bestow that honor upon them. Thats how actual leadership works, the rest who claim to be leaders are just chasing paper stickers bought for pennies.
