Know thy I
The pleasures and senses of the body are part of the veil of I, but what animates it came before the body. It came into you at the time of conception, when there was no I , nor the body. This energy is in you, it came before your time, that is to also say it will be after you. Of which I too know not much of. It didnt grow with the body, but the body grew to discover its presence in it. Knowing this will give you rest and peace. Equally deliver you against temptations of the body and mind. May you too find the oneness with this universe, even if it is as brief as it was for me.
