True leaders when placed among middle ranks in mediocre and unwise management rise to challenge it and when there is only the risk of vendetta and retaliation in response, they leave the group to form their own. It’s a much wiser decision to abandon ill-willed, self-centered and stubborn members than to waste time shoring them. Such groups will corrupt and take good leaders down with them.
